This is a binding agreement between CHATROOMCITY and You. By selecting the "I agree" option, you are going ahead with the registration and accepting our terms. No one under 18 is permitted on the site for your safety and ours. If we become aware you are under age you will be banned from the site. We do not charge you to be on Chatroomcity. We are under no obligation to keep you in our site if you break any of our rules such as bullying, harrassing or disrupting the chat in any way. You may appeal at the following email address if you feel the ban is not fair. Admin@chatroomcity.com All bans are permanent per our discretion. You are not permitted to conduct any illegal business on our chat site. If you do, we will have no resourse but to call the authorities who will then proceed to file charges against you. If you post a picture it must be your own picture unless it is a known actor, singer or celebrity that most know who it is. Deception is not permitted on the site with pictures that are not you. No one is permitted to have two accounts unless the owner creates one for the sole purpose of a masquerade party. Once the party is over, the alternate account will be deleted. You may terminate your account which takes 7 days or ask the owner to delete the account for you. This will be an immediate termination. Members who have not logged onto the site in 3 months will be deleted. If you decide to come back after 3 months you will have to register again. Chatroomcity is safe. However, it is the internet and we are not liable for any information you have provided to the site or to others.
